A commission typically takes 6–10 weeks from first conversation to delivery. Every step is transparent and collaborative.

Fill in the form below. Tell Dominika about your space, your feeling, and what draws you to commissioning a work. There is no pressure and no commitment at this stage — only a beginning.

The Conversation
A 30-minute video or voice call. Dominika will ask about your space — the light, the purpose, what you do in the room, who enters it. She will ask what you want to feel, not what you want to see. From this conversation a painting brief emerges.

The Brief & Agreement
Dominika prepares a written brief: the somatic intention, the palette direction, the scale, the medium, and the timeline. You approve it. A 40% deposit confirms the commission and secures your place in the studio schedule.
Deposit is non-refundable. Balance due on completion.
The Work
Dominika enters the studio with your brief. The painting is created in extended sessions of deep focus — not rushed, not hurried. You will receive one studio update midway through, with photographs of the work in progress.
Typical creation time: 3–6 weeks.
Completion & Delivery
When the painting is complete, Dominika photographs it in natural studio light and shares it with you before shipping. The work is custom crated, fully insured, and shipped worldwide. It arrives with a hand-signed Certificate of Authenticity and a personal letter from Dominika about the painting.

Commission Pricing
Pricing is based on canvas size. All commissions include the consultation call, written brief, one progress update, Certificate of Authenticity, and a personal letter.

Before You Write
You can share references — a colour you love, a room you admire, a feeling associated with a particular shade. Dominika will translate this into the painting's somatic intention. She works with a palette specific to Energy Space Design, so exact colour matches are not guaranteed — but the feeling always is.
The brief is agreed before the work begins — this is where revisions happen. Once the painting is in progress, Dominika works in a state of deep creative flow and does not revise from the outside. The one progress update allows you to confirm the direction. Major changes at this stage would require a new brief and a new commission.
Yes. All commissions are shipped worldwide, custom crated and fully insured. Shipping is quoted separately depending on destination and canvas size. Dominika works with specialist art shippers to ensure every piece arrives safely.
Dominika takes a maximum of three commissions at any one time. This ensures every piece receives the depth of attention it deserves. There is often a waiting period — enquire early to secure your place in the schedule.
