Yes. Every work in the collection is a unique original — there is only one of each. Dominika does not produce editions or prints of her paintings. When a work is sold, it is marked Sold and is no longer available. If you see a work you feel connected to, enquire early.

Every original work ships with a hand-signed Certificate of Authenticity from Dominika. It includes the artwork title, medium, dimensions, year, and a brief personal statement about the piece. This certificate travels with the artwork and supports its provenance and resale value.

Reserved means a collector is in the final stages of purchasing the work — a deposit has been placed or payment is being processed. Reserved works occasionally become available again if a transaction does not complete. If a Reserved work interests you, write to Dominika and ask to be notified.

Dominika is happy to provide additional photographs in different lighting conditions, and can arrange a virtual viewing call for serious collectors — particularly for larger works. She can also share images of the painting in a room setting if you share your wall dimensions and room photographs.

For works over €800, Dominika is open to a two-stage payment arrangement — 50% to reserve the work, 50% before shipping. Write to her directly to discuss. Patreon members at The Collector's Circle tier also receive 10% off original artwork purchases.

Yes — worldwide. All artworks are custom crated by specialist art shippers and shipped fully insured to their destination. Shipping costs are quoted separately depending on canvas size and destination country. Dominika will include the shipping quote in your purchase conversation before you commit.

Within Europe: typically 5–10 business days after crating. International destinations: 10–21 business days depending on customs. Dominika will provide tracking information as soon as the shipment is collected. She photographs the crated work before handover to the shipper.

All shipments are fully insured for the purchase value of the work. In the rare event of transit damage, document it immediately with photographs before removing the artwork from its packaging. Contact Dominika within 48 hours and she will manage the insurance claim and resolution personally.

The full process — from first conversation to delivery — typically takes 6–10 weeks. This includes the brief stage (1–2 weeks), the creation period (3–6 weeks), and shipping. Larger or more complex works may take longer. Dominika will give you a realistic timeline in the brief before you confirm.

A maximum of three simultaneous commissions. This ensures every piece receives the depth of attention and creative presence it deserves. There is often a waiting list — enquire early to secure your place in the studio schedule.

The 40% deposit is non-refundable once the work has begun. Before the brief is signed and work starts, cancellations are accommodated fully. If you need to pause a commission due to significant life circumstances, Dominika will discuss this with you directly — she approaches these situations with care.

Yes. Gift commissions are welcome. Dominika will need some information about the recipient — their space, their sensibility, what you want them to feel — and she will build the brief from that. Gift commissions can be shipped directly to the recipient with a personalised letter.

YouTube holds the full public library of 131 videos — all free. Patreon is where the extended, unedited sessions live — 60–90 minute studio recordings, behind-the-canvas process videos, and direct access to Dominika. Patreon also gives first access to new artwork releases and, at higher tiers, personal contact and consultation.

Yes — Patreon memberships can be cancelled at any time with no penalty. You retain access until the end of your current billing period. Dominika is grateful for any time you choose to spend in the community.
